While they offer incredible benefits, excessive use can lead to challenges in regulating screen time, especially for students. This can negatively affect their academic focus, real-world social interactions, and overall well-being.
Our Mission: Fostering Self-Awareness and Healthy Digital Habits
Project's main goal is to empower secondary school students (Form 1 & 2) with the self-awareness needed to understand and control their gadget use. We believe that by educating them on the potential impacts of addiction – sociologically, physically, and psychologically – we can inspire positive change.
