Bridging the communication gap and enhancing productivity for ASNAF and single mothers in Gombak to combat the rising cost of living through sustainable small businesses.

The Objective

This project focuses on improving communication and entrepreneurial skills among the Selangor ASNAF community. By emphasizing co-creation and shared goals, the program teaches participants how to use effective communication strategies in online and conventional marketing to produce small industrial products and increase household income.

The Strategy

The program followed three distinct phases: co-creation, implementation, and evaluation. A total of 50 single mothers and ASNAF members were trained not only in technical product production but also in building self-esteem and professional communication, which are vital for business sustainability.

Project Activities & Success Stories


80% Income Increase The majority of participants saw their family income grow by more than RM500 per month.

Direct Seed Funding 11 potential participants received RM7,000 each in equipment (sewing machines, mixers) and rolling capital from LZS.

Business Growth All funded participants have successfully started their small businesses, with monthly income growth exceeding 100%.
