Community Engagement

The 3-Phase Intervention Journey

Phase 1: Individual Counseling (Early March 2019)

A fundamental first step to build rapport and trust. Participants discussed their past and family histories, laying a strong foundation for future phases.

Phase 2: Group Counseling

Participants moved into group sessions to foster mutual support, emotional connection, and a sense of camaraderie, supporting individual and group growth.

Phase 3: Family Counseling (Late June/Early July 2019)

The apex of the intervention, involving participant-parent led workshops to address family dynamics and promote positive communication within the home.
