Flagship Vision & Aspirations

The MADANI Adopted School Program (SAM) is a key initiative under the Universiti Malaya Community Flagship Program, part of the Academic Image for Community and Nature (CAKnA) Program. This program is designed as a high-impact project to transform the quality of education in Sitiawan, Perak.

Under the leadership of Associate Professor Dr. ChM Noraini Ahamad, SAM integrates cross-faculty expertise to ensure school communities benefit directly from university research and innovation, in line with UM's status as the nation's leading research institution.

Focus: Digital Infrastructure Development & Hybrid Learning

This Flagship project focuses on the availability of technological infrastructure at Sekolah Menengah Teknik Tok Perdana (SEMETOP) to produce digitally-fluent technical graduates.

Smart Classroom Hub

Development of physical hybrid learning spaces that enable teaching and learning interactions beyond traditional classroom boundaries.

Digital Assessment

Introducing modern, fast, and efficient assessment systems to help teachers monitor student performance effectively.

Future-Ready Skills

Equipping students with problem-solving skills using industry-standard technological tools.

Focus: Character Building, Etiquette & Digital Ethics (e-Insani)

As part of the Flagship components, the project at SK Tok Perdana ensures the development of human capital with a balance between intellect and emotion.

e-Insani Pedagogy Module

A specialized module that integrates moral values into the daily digital activities of primary school students.

Parental Engagement

Empowering parents as strategic school partners in facing the challenges of raising children in the gadget era.

Human Centric Tech

Educating students that technology is a tool for good (Tech for Good) and not a replacement for human values.
