The Objective

To establish healthy eating habits among lower-income families (B40) by bridging the gap in nutritional knowledge. This project utilized self-developed YouTube modules covering salt reduction and obesity prevention, paired with the distribution of a 11-item Healthy Food Basket (HFB) containing nutritious staples like Basmathi rice and low-fat milk.

Strategic Engagement

The program was implemented across three phases: school identification and B40 verification, HFB delivery (reaching 52 families at SK Bukit Pantai and 210 at SK Bangsar), and digital follow-up through Google Forms to assess health literacy and feedback on the educational materials.
